I understand that a good fit is essential – especially when it comes to comfort and confidence. That’s why, if your boxers don’t fit as expected, I'm happy to offer a one-time free replacement of one pair in a different size of your choice.
This complimentary replacement gives you the chance to try another size without having to return the original pair. If the new size fits better, you’ll receive a special discount code to order a new bundle in the correct size at a reduced price.
Most of our boxers are sold in bundles. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once any pair from a bundle has been tried on. We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order, especially when purchasing larger bundles. If you are uncertain about your fit, we advise ordering a single pair first before committing to a bundle purchase.Please note that any free items included in a bundle or promotion are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

⚠️ Please note: 3XL is the largest size I currently offer. If 3XL doesn’t meet your fit expectations, I’m unable to provide a larger size, as it’s not available. I kindly recommend checking the size chart and measurements carefully before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you’d like to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, worn boxers cannot be returned – this applies to bundles as well)

In their original condition with all tags attached

In their original, unopened packaging
How to start a return:

Email support@bensboxers.com to request a return.

I’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label (for domestic returns).

Carefully repackage the items and send them back.
Please wait for the return address from customer service to avoid issues. All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Please do not send your package to the return address printed on the parcel, as our dispatch warehouses are not equipped to process returns.
🚚 Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, including for international returns. All returns must be sent directly to my warehouse.
Refund processing:
Once I’ve received the returned item, I’ll process your refund.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact me immediately (please include photos). I’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund at no cost to you.
⚠️ Note: My boxers are sold in sealed, hygienic bundles. If even one boxer has been worn or opened, the entire right of withdrawal is void.
For health and hygiene reasons, I only accept returns of unopened, unworn complete sets.
Warranty and Return Void ConditionsFor hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the warranty and return eligibility will be voided if the seal sticker on the packaging bag is broken. Items must remain unopened and in their original sealed condition to qualify for return, exchange, or warranty claims.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer intentionally refuses to accept their order at the door — for example, by declining delivery or failing to collect the parcel without prior notice — handling and return costs will unfortunately be deducted from the refund.

In the event of a refusal without a valid reason:

United Kingdom and Ireland: £14.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Promotional orders (e.g. “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”):
If the entire order is refused, the package will be treated as a full return, and no new free-shipping benefit will apply. The standard deduction for return and handling costs will still be made.
